Quality over quantity. Ever since Tony Trlin founded Tony Trlin & Co. Builders in 1990, his approach to building unique homes has been simple: never compromise on quality.

Tony classes himself as a Croatian born Australian, who upon arriving in Australia began his training in a number of building trades, which led to him gaining a Diploma in Building in 1989. From this day on his love of traditional Australian homes has been evident in his designs.

Building large numbers of homes has never been Tony’s goal. In fact, his initial aim was to build just a few homes every year, focusing on quality at every stage for every client – quality of design, quality of materials, quality of workmanship. Ironically, it’s an approach that’s created a huge demand for Tony’s expertise, to the point where T.T. & Co. Builders is now one of the largest and most successful Western Australian builders.

Not that this success has swayed Tony from his original concept or compromised his quality-over-quantity approach. Today, with 30 years industry experience under his belt, he still personally supervises every one of his private custom-built homes.

It’s this commitment to quality and working with every client to achieve their individual dream home that sets Tony Trlin. & Co. Builders apart from the rest. Indeed, this individual approach is the reason our experienced team has been asked to build a number of special purpose units for people with special needs for various government departments and the Active Foundation around the Perth metropolitan area.
