Tony Trlin & Co Builders have built over a thousand units for the Ministry of Housing and Private Enterprise. Whether built to your plan and specification, or fully designed and built by us, our units can be fully finished for occupancy, including carpets, curtains and landscaping. Many developers ask “how much do you charge per metre” or “how much per unit” when pricing units. We believe every unit development is different and varies from site to site. The following variations between sites need to be taken into consideration:

Headworks (who pays? What is headworks?)
Stormwater (eg. Some Shires charge $5000 per 1000m² of block to connect to Council Stormwater)
